PI&R Celebration 

Top Banana were commissioned to produce PI&R's biggest celebratory event of year. The aim was not only to give employees the ultimate experience to celebrate their successes, but to have a strong focus on sustainability and inclusivity weaved throughout the event. Hosted by TV personality Rylan Clark-Neal, the day way split into two halves. The morning, recognising employee achievements and business messaging, and the evening a time to let employees celebrate. 

With surprise performances from Pixie Lot, Craig David and Pete Tong, delegates were immersed in a truly spectacular celebration, whilst remaining CSR focussed with no plastic waste, gender neutralised toilets, content, and sustainably sourced food. The event was described as "the best the business has ever hosted" and it even won C&IT Celebratory Event of the Year.
